Frank Powell started in Walnut Creek in 2007- with the Opening of " Frank & Paul's Auto Repair" up on the hill by highway 24. Paul & Frank grew the business and needed more space - Frank opened Top Shop Auto in Lafayette just a few miles away. Paul has continued servicing customers up on the hill & now Top Shop Auto found a much-needed larger space back in Walnut Creek. We have groomed a fine crew to take care of your car & light truck needs at the new shop in downtown Walnut Creek.
